Dr. Frye is Chair of the Counselor Education Program at MidAmerica Nazarene University.  Todd has been chairing the department since 2007.  Prior to his time at MNU Todd was a professor for 4 years at Northwest Nazarene University.  Dr. Frye has been practicing professional counseling since 1996.

Dr. Frye received his doctorate in Counselor Education and Counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Idaho State University in 2002.

Dr. Frye’s specialized training is in work on parent-child & couple attachment, sexual addictions, and couples work. Todd also has specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy for couples. Dr. Frye is also a certified clinical sexual addictions specialist.
